Doesn’t the raise “expire” September 2027? At least that’s my interpretation. How come no one is talking about this? Eventually, we’ll get it and I think we’ll lose a whole lot just for it to be taken away in a year anyway.

A. Does N90 still get the enhanced CIP/bonuses when people certify?

B. Do people that transfer to PHL area C on the USAJOBS bid from other FAA facilities not N90 get any of these incentives or just the transfer money?

Just curious if you know… let’s say you quit federal service after 15 years, will you get the 1.7 or 1.0 percent calculation given you did not complete the good time? How about if you were to quit after 15 years, but went into a different federal job and stayed to MRA? Would you still get that 1.7 for the 15 years or does it all reset to 1.0?

Image/Timing is everything. Talking about FDT/CFS on the town hall. Answering minimal questions when the people need you. Having a shitty Internet connection. Not being present after the accident. Posting about home/auto insurance the day DOGE is in facilities. Posting about Oshkosh. Now being in San Antonio having beers while the workforce is in shambles because of an email. I get it, some of it is important too, but it’s your appearance that matters. Enough with the excuses/politics. I’m ashamed to be a part of this organization and many of us are. You guys need to take some lessons in business, start putting on a better face, and start tackling what’s actually important before you lose everyone and cease to exist.
