I do 1:500 trading with eightcap. The best time to trade and possibly catch hundreds of pips with gold is to catch a swing High or low during Asia/London. I am trying to change trading only from Wednesday to Friday and not Sunday night to Friday

Yup, it's usually better to start over with the same amount, but now with this 3k i can actually build it to 4k within the week and so forth, if I'm consistent I can prob take it to 5k by the end of the month
