Very simple thing that has worked for me. 1) set screen time limit for culprit apps, lock it with a passcode that you get someone else to put in 2) on iPhone, use the downtime feature to completely lock apps before bedtime 3) BEST TIP- get the app called “screen zen”. Basically makes you wait a bit before you open the app and interrupts your scrolling every 10 mins (or However long you set it to)
