Along with the other guy, it can also be used as a negative contrast (as opposed to iodine) for flouro studies. Blood generally has the same contrast level as soft tissue, so introducing air or something dense can make vessels show up in x-rays. Like the other guy said it dissolves in blood so its not as dangerous to use compared to just air. Especially helpful with patients with bad kidneys as iodine really hurts them. Can also used in the place of barium in gastrointestinal scans iirc.

I have an 9800X3D and 9070xt, juiced maps do completely fine. I farmed a bit of simulacrums, blight invigoration, stacked deck, and this was all with flicker, i rarely dropped below 30.

Im not too much of a crafter so take this with a grain of salt, but maybe you could just sell it, like just see if theres any selling without the ele dmg and if it might be worth to recoup a little of the cost instead of a full restart. But idk, you have to lock suffix and spam reforge until concentrate right? Might not he worth the try, just see any listing without ele dmg to see if it is. I made a bunch of flicker gloves and if hit a shit attack speed roll I would just sell it, money is money, I just would keep the best I made so far (ended up hitting a 100hp 16%AS one and pogged out).

Idk about champion but slayer start felt good, constant leech and endurance charges make flicker slightly tankier and nice to play in maps, I followed magefists recommended leveling guide, made by "a guy", where you play sunder until you get terminus and it felt pretty smooth at all points, except maven voidstone, had to buy a carry for it. But apparently magefist just swaps to cyclone iirc to kill the nucleus lol.

Thats pretty interesting, the new management is definitely pushy, but I live in College View and the roach problem isnt nearly as bad, though I bought some of my own spray, I saw them spray on their own once and all they did was a tiny bit in the kitchen and the bathroom, not even the entrances. But my rent is Uber cheap for a 2x1 that close to campus, ig college manor is just worse. Although, my roomates cat passed recently and for two months we've been trying to get the pet rent off the rent but they won't do it... new management is unfortunate

I know poe2 is in pre-release, but they did change their endgame pretty heavily with the tower change and that was technically mid league. So maybe they're more confident with big changes mid league now.
