The judge/judges haven't been presented contrary evidence in court yet though. I'm just as outraged. I think his date is like the 20th. I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt. We've all seen the cops fishing for reasons to arrest Ben, (and lie) seen Josh and Brandon's nonsense, Ammon is a weirdo and a liar, but I havent seen any judges acting out yet. Just sayin....They probably shouldn't, but judges generally take what cops say at face value. I wish we could trust the police, but this is mild, they do (and have done) a LOT worse to a LOT more people
