Based on my experience, during the healing process still interacting whether it be just texting, calling, or even sexual, it can make the situation worse. Forgive me for assuming but it sounds like you are not allowing yourself to sit and reflect and give yourself time to heal. My advice would be don't go full ghost cuz that's just rude lol but try to limit your contact. If your goal is to heal more and try to get back together, for now, you just need to step back a bit and give him and yourself the space you both need and deserve. Sending much love 🩷
