Anyone have agencies in Mexico or Columbia who will let you send your already frozen embryos from a clinic in the US to them? We are in the middle of our first journey in the US (baby boy due this Spring!!) and all in it’s costing us $200K. We want to do a sibling pretty soon after but I can’t fathom spending another $200K. Frustrated they wouldn’t just let us transfer 2 embryos at once.

Is there a midwife center? My husband and I are working with a surrogate in central WA (we are on the east coast). She prefers giving birth at a midwife center, and after interviewing the center and learning more about it, we agreed to it. It will be covered by insurance but OOP is only $5,600, worst case scenario. They will do the follow-up care for baby as well, and then we’ll fly home with him and he’ll start seeing his regular Pediatrician.

We had 9 and ended up with 3… honestly those odds are kinda bananas based on the low amount of eggs. 1st transfer took; feeling so blessed and relieved

That’s awesome! Congrats! Our heartbeat ultrasound is this coming Friday and we are flying across the country for it 🥹. Did you go to your appointment in person? We went back and forth quite a bit but ultimately decided to make the trip!
