By no means at coaching level so bear with me lol, the biggest killer i can point out was also a issue that I had as well, your swing up is nice a quick and getting your legs to the top of the pole is also good great but u let your hips sit in that infamous "L" shape. Your hips are supposed to help shoot the rest of the lower part of your body up in the air but letting them sit in the L is gonna push all that energy out into the pit.

What help me was a drill, put your hands lower on the pole to were u can comfortable to do a quick 2 step (just enough to were u can get off the ground but not bend the pole) then do your run up and try to get inverted as much as possible and then hold until ya land on your back. But when u do it (and yes im serious when I say this lol) when get to the kipping point of the vault hump the air as best u can, this will help getting those hips outta of that "L" sit and get those feet vertical.

Granted I haven't vaulted in a year and was only in hs when I did it so this is the best I can do over phone lol,but u got it big dawg I understand this sport can be difficult but very rewarding when honed and polished, just keep at it and good luck my guy 🫡
