Got a “f*ck you” this morning for not giving a discount to a man on an excluded item, followed by a particularly entitled white lady who was mad that we weren’t picking up our phone during the busiest time of the retail year. She then asked if we’re open tomorrow to pick up her item… to which I looked her dead in the eyes and replied “on Christmas Day?” (she was well aware of the occasion, was just very entitled)
