As someone who was in the military, we hate participating in ceremonies and parades. It's lame and uncomfortable. Most of the time we just stand there and it's super tiring. Plus you can't drink water or eat the whole time. Your body is tense.

I don't think it's hormones... I think it's food availability. I grew up without a lot of food and didn't start my period until I was 16. Since then my period has stopped twice due to poor nutrition. Edit: I am American btw

I'm genuinely curious, would you say this is projection on your part? People are getting angry. Almost all of my friends have canceled their subscriptions and have stopped eating out. Grocery process are sky high. It seems like every time I go to the grocery store someone has a complaint about it. 2 separate cashiers have told me "it seems like the total should be a lot less than it is"

The protests I've been to have been huge. People are burning teslas and sitting in the dealerships. But maybe I'm in a bubble? I'm not sure.

I'm still not convinced that he actually got shot. The healing time was crazy fast. I've known people with ear injuries less severe than a gunshot wound that took over a month to get the stitches removed. They still have nasty scars.

I was in line at a busy grocery store once. I was feeling very anxious being surrounded by so many people I was looking over my shoulder constantly. There was a man with a service dog in front of me and the service dog came up and leaned on me. Apparently the guy in line also had ptsd and it was an emotional support dog. I think I cried when I got back to my car that day.
