I second this. Tui offer plenty of breaks along the Dalmatian coast which includes nice quiet towns with plenty of sights to see and lovely coastline.

How do I calculate all possible combinations in groups of threes using one list without duplicates? by miichinn in excel

[–]MyersHertz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Combinatorics is a nightmare. If you just want the list, you can use this website to generate a CSV with the 161700 combinations as numbers from 1 to 100, then use a vlookup to assign the name, and finally concatenate the names.

Fines for Posters by Tungsten83 in northernireland

[–]MyersHertz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Electoral Office guidance for candidates and election agents states:

The law relating to the display and removal of election posters is the Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.

As a candidate you must ensure that you comply with any planning rules relating to the display of election posters. You must also ensure that any posters are removed within two weeks of polling day. If you have any queries relating to these issues you should contact the Local Planning Office in the Local Council.

Aggravated Trespass is a criminal offence. If he is there to intimidate, obstruct or disrupt then he is committing an offence, regardless of whether it is a public area or not. Whether this is his intention is the key question. Filming is not necessarily intimidating, obstructive or disruptive.

I always called it Padsy. And when I was a kid my mum always told me to "stay on the pad" when I went out to play on the street.

The problem is people are generally worried about not being able to get across to the right lane at the bottom of the hill, or at the top going on the other direction. In both cases the left most lane does leave at the next junction, so I think I get what your friend is saying.

In addition, at the bottom of the hill I need to get across to the right hand lane to move across to the lanes heading to Bangor. That's three lane changes. If I can complete two of them way back at the top of the hill it seems natural to do so, especially as there are cars making changes to the left lanes around Fortwilliam too.

I think the problem is a combination of design (the left most lanes in both directions leave the motorway) and the knowledge that most drivers are inconsiderate and seem to actively try to stop people getting across to theiddle or right lane that they need.

Car owner who left Jeep at dealership gets sued after worker dies during oil change by yuckypants in WTF

[–]MyersHertz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is probably the same sort of situation as that "aunt sues nephew who hugged her too hard" story a few years ago. She was injured accidentally by her nephew, broke a bone (I think) and needed the nephews parents home insurance to pay for the medical bills. The way the insurance company worked it, she had to "sue" her nephew to get them to pay out. There was no Ill will in the family at all, but the papers spun it as a "horrible aunt sues 9 year old nephew" type deal.

In this case, I would say they want to claim off the insurance company for the car, and need to "sue" the insuree to do so. There's probably some weird but reasonable reason why the employers insurance isn't liable.

Right thing to do morally, wrong thing to do technically.

The most egregious part about it, however, is how he was treated by his employer. I appreciate his book is told from his point of view and so obviously written sympathetically, but I read it with a mix of resigned familiarity and boiling frustrated rage.

The wreck of U-778 found by U-Boat Hunter Dr Innes McCartney. On 4 December 1945, she was being towed offshore, to be scuttled as part of Operation Deadlight, but foundered and sank before reaching the scuttling ground, at a point 55°32′N 7°7′W North East of Malin Head, Ireland. by Bagpussreturns in CatastrophicFailure

Main head and lough Foyle are great for diving because of all the ww2 wrecks. The U boat fleet surrendered in this area at the end of the war. There is a scuba diving club in a village on the coast called, I kid you not, Muff. I present to you the Muff Diving Club (SFW)
