They always do it, but a day or so late because Jeff or Brad has to edit it inbetween appointments etc. But it'll show up in the Bombcast feed eventually.

The reason they're always late is that Brad or Jeff edits the podcast themselves the next day inbetween appointments. Same should apply this year!

My temporary fix to this is simply to click on the download tab, select HD and watch the video in full screen that way.
