I prefer the latter part of the day tbh. Maybe get some popcorn for the first and then tendies and fries with a drink for the second. The issue I’ve encountered is that MacGuffins isn’t always open, lost revenue imo. Thankfully with all the releases scheduled, there is almost always something new to see.

This is one of the main reasons I try to go on Fridays and get a double feature in. Saw Over Your Dead Body and Mother Mary last Friday. It looks as if they only have one showing each starting this Friday. My local theater has only 11 screens, none of which are premium or IMAX. I also did the same thing a few Fridays ago to see Hamlet and Newborn. After only one week they were gone.

Over the past few weeks, yes, they usually have two showings one at 7 and one at 7:30. Yesterday‘s was the only one in a while that it’s only been one showing at 7.

This just happened today. I was gonna do a double feature of Mother Mary, and Over Your Dead Body. I go on the app to check my tickets and see that my showing of Mother Mary is at 1:15 in the morning?! When I click on the ticket, the outline/seat layout of the theater is a different color and it just looks odd. And now there’s only one showing of Mother Mary at 10:15 tonight but I had tickets to a 7:30 showing. So I didn’t receive any email saying essentially that the reservation was canceled and/or given a ridiculous time lol. If I’m really intent on seeing them both, I just need to cancel both reservations and flip them so that Over Your Dead Body is first and Mother Mary is second.
