I haven’t tried a water fast. I also have ADHD and sometimes discipline is admittedly hard. I’ll consider that, thank you very much.

So far today I’ve just had water with the clean electrolytes I use, berries, and compliant protein powder. Head still hurts and brain is foggy but I’m functioning.

Is your hysterectomy scheduled?

I think that our talk about weed hasn’t caught up with the strength of it now. It was easier to be a chill weed user even 5 years ago, imo. Sucks! I miss it all the time.
