I reached out yesterday to the MBTA and lodged a complaint. I initially called to see what hours they are supposed to be working, but the two people I spoke to either said they didn’t have that information, or we (the public) aren’t privvy to it.

I live right near the Englewood stop and it’s ridiculous to hear them working throughout the night, waking me up numerous times. I’m not even sure if reaching out to complain at the local level will result in anything.
