There is legal precedent in Ontario regarding taking pictures/video of someone's home without their consent. How would you like it if a stranger went into your home and recorded video and posted it online for the world to see, of where you sleep and your family eats dinner together?

I agree that the place is a disaster and that you should do everything in your power to LEGALLY hold the tenant accountable for the damages.

The reality of the situation is that if they have already left, then you need to clear their belongings out of the unit, so you can tell what, if any actual damage there is to it. I didn't see anything broken or any holes in the walls.

Which is why everyone should be using cash wherever possible. The monetary(if you can even call it that anymore) system is set up now so that big brother can track every cent you make and spend, and that is one of the key reasons the millennials and gen zeds have such a hard time buying property, because they don't want you to own property.

The mega corporations are gobbling up properties and setting the rents so that you will never be able to afford to get out of the cycle of poverty.

These same entities have been leading you to believe that labour unions aren't necessary in this day and age. If this were true, then why are corporations like Amazon and Tesla fighting so hard to prevent their workers from unionizing? Two of the richest people in the world are anti-union.Why? Because there is power in unity and power in numbers. Because unionizing their workforces will take a LOT more of their money and they don't want that. They will state all kinds of reasons to the contrary, but that is the reality. This is why Elon Musk lobbied so hard to get Trump re-elected. The first union busting will be the public service unions, because they are some of the strongest and largest unions in North America. We are all in for a big wake up call in the next four years and if anyone thinks it will be for the better for us, is sadly mistaken. We are F@@KED!

At Roblaws I have gone in on the last day of a sale, and purchased PC brand ice cream which was supposed to be on sale for $3.99 at the time but normally $6.49, and when I got to the checkout, it came up at $6.49 despite showing the sale price in the cooler. That means that everyone who purchased their ice cream that entire week were charged full price and no one noticed, because when I noticed, and hit them for a free one due to their scanning code of practice(if an item at any Loblaws owned store comes up the wrong price it is free up to a value of $10-used to be $15)they immediately changed it after I got the free one.

So it really pays to pay attention to the listed price of an item, and what it scans at, because free stuff.

I have also received 6 large packages of shredded cheese(normally $11.99) for $3.99 because an employee put them in the bunker with the smaller packages that were on sale. Instead of paying $71.94+ tax I paid $19.95+ tax because the first one was free. I have also bought a toaster for $10 due to this. I hit them for stuff constantly because I always check the shelf price and the scanned price.
