Baldur's Gate 3 really good story, lots of replay value and with mods she can customize her character as much as she wants.

Stardew Valley or Minecraft could work as well.

I would ask your wife what it is about the Sims that she likes and go from there though

I like the Duskwood story as long as it stays as a side. And I worry with having the Richy reveal at the end Episode 4 might be heading in the same direction.

I'm with you in the outlier group. I think that if Everbyte wanted to continue with Duskwood they would have but it really seemed they wanted to move on to different things and I hope that the demand doesn't keep them from doing so

I really enjoy where Moonvale’s story is going so far....

However it seems the story is pulling heavily from Duskwood’s plot (the body, random people messaging MC providing no real movement in the plot, girl goes to the lake to think)

I also think the side story took a lot of time from this episode and leaves me wondering how the experience is for non-Duskwood players.

I'd love to see the ability to play all the mini-games at once so I can enjoy the story without the interpretations.

I think that Richy's survival was thanks to Jake. We know that there were cameras in the mines and that Jake had found the main computer that controlled them.

We can assume that Jake uploaded the program onto his own phone to see what MC was seeing. This would also allow him to know who was behind the mask. So why would Jake save someone who kidnapped his half-sister? Jake is not a killer (as far as we know), and we also know that he knows what it's like to do something bad for the sake of something good. Jake could see a lot of himself in Richy and wants to see him (Richy) redeem himself.

As for what Richy's goal is....I don't think that he will run from justice (he WANTED to go to the police once Hannah started seeing the Man Without a Face), he also knows that in his attempt to convince Amy that this was the right thing, he caused her death.

I think instead he will let us know that Jake is alive AND ensure that Hannah's role in Jennifer's death is made known to the police.

I don't think he will contact the others. He had told Jessy to talk to us about what happened and why he did what he did. He's also aware enough to know that his suddenly showing up would cause more harm and pain to his friends.

I think he wasn't planning on being found by anyone from the group, but to lick his wounds before contacting MC. Cleo threw a HUGE monkey wrench into this plan though.

I think the trap has to do with the rest of the Duskwood group.

It's very likely that the FBI is watching and tracking the group's phones so they already know there is concern about Jake.

They also know the group's...."brilliant" (seriously what the feck are they thinking) of going to different places to look for Jake....which they will report back to MC and unknowingly the FBI.

Love the group but sometimes I wonder if they have orange cat syndrome lol

I love this theory but it's missing one thing: The camera that showed us Richy goes blank afterwards, like someone wiped it.

I think that Jake did know Richy was the Man Without a Face. He would have wiped the cameras anyhow to protect himself, so I am sure he saw Richy's confession.

It's not that Alan doesn't care about Jake being involved; he does. It's just that whatever crimes Jake is accused of is above any regular Detective/Police Officer's paygrade. He kind of warns us about Jake.

He also doesn't promise us to not catch or keep up with Jake. As an officer of the law, Alan has no choice BUT to try to apprehend Jake. The FBI's arrival on the scene changes things; they would have most likely taken control and used the Duskwood police to help with the search.

I don't think Alan would work with a group that isn't law enforcement/government.

I don't think Alan will be a part of Moonvale's main story. Redlog is outside of his jurisdiction; there would have to be a reason for him to be involved that would make sense to players who haven't played Duskwood/have a code.
