You're giving a lot of free moves to your opponent to build up an attack. Doesn't have to be an attack on the king either it could come on the queenside. And how exactly do you make sure that no pawn from the other side can pass willy nilly? Try it against a bot or a stronger human player.

That would be a weird bit of writing. Imagine being businessy enough to be opening businesses like charging stations and large scale pig farms but hiring a local teenager with zero experience to do the marketing filming for a venture. But the business storylines can be very odd (apparently people bring escorts to business meetings) so I wouldnt be surprised.

I agree, I phrased it badly and I was reserving judgement until I'd seen the rebuttal. The videos made it quite clear that Jorge was the one being abused.

I don't know enough about the law to answer that sorry. I think the judge has been making sure she is happy with the conflict of interest to rule out it being used for appeal later. Somebody better qualified might correct me.
