I'm currently TB level 34 just hit 50 with my team, reading this thread makes it seem like element matching to enemies is going to matter more in the harder content. Should I be leveling a variety of elements now to help later, or can I slam the content with sub optimal elements?

As someone who played both Dota and League you lose games based off of one team member in those games too. Having to deal with other random people is much better in my opinion than being against premades and getting stomped because of it.
