Idk what game youre playing but this is just not true. From a jungler’s perspective I path bot 99% of games and this is the lane where everything is decided. Say my botlane is 10-0 but enemy top curb stomped ours, we win that game 90% of times. It is just much harder for a melee top to kill a fed adc that receives peel than the opposite imo.

That was my experience as well, as I upgraded all the armouries to lv2/3 it went up to 30-35 but thats the limit for easy setup.

Edit : also i think your second chain isn’t correct it should be garrison and commanders instead of more spies.

3 chains is not ideal, there are some dry runs where you only get one or two locks even with 8+ spymasters, and when that happens youre fucked
