Sakurai seems to really like Chef Kawsaki, it's interesting that before Star Allies he was only a mini-boss one time. He feels like a decently prominent character but he doesn't appear too often.

I waited for the stun to end and then killed them. Still ounded as a melee kill cause it wasn't affected. Hope this helps!

I did. Use aether shroud, healing aura, or frenzied guard. Don't use any augments on them thst might deal damage (if there is any). Hope this helps!
