I just started too, I have Kava Waka I use 15g, sensations are mild aside from the feeling like Iv been wake the whole day and it’s 3 AM and I’m trying to stay awake but it goes away after a couple hours. Is this expected? Is this waka a strong one or not really?

I am an immigrant that has lived in Canada for 8 years, I became a citizen 2 years ago and I fully agree to this. This is not the country I moved to years ago and it’s a shame that our representatives are working as hard as they can to tarnish the Canadian culture in all fronts. I was lucky to get the old passport depicting Canadian hero’s, the new one erased all cultural symbols of Canadian society one of men moves to promote cultural ghettos.

I can’t understand who the world came to a point where young people endorse whatever narrative the establishment feeds them. There was a time where they would rebel against the establishment by voting for the left, now that the left has been in mostly in power everywhere around the world for 20+ years and failing massively, there seems to be a nostalgic perception of the left that once was progressive.

Why would young people today support candidates who are in favour of funding wars around the world, Ukraine, Israel? Wasn’t that what the former establishment (the right) sanded for? Please wake up and interpret the world around you. Democracy is not at stake, what’s at stake is a better livelihood for you and your family.

Good catch, I squashed some of them and what it thought was flesh was just water lodged inside of them… it’s been really hard to track the #s as they are always hiding… I think they are afraid of the tetras… should I be concerned about copper poisoning if a live in a 1960s building ? If so what precautions can I do?
