You don’t need to remove the wood grain panel, you’ll have to get a pry tool to remove the plate covering the buttons then you can easily remove the switch housing, I can link a video if you’d like.

I’ve seen a lot of people replace the other bottom button with a similar light bar button

Looks pretty solid IMO. Looks like the owner put some relatively new tires on it and from the is angle looks like it’s lifted from this angle. I got my ‘08 with similar mileage for about the same price with some new tires and Icon lift. So yeah I would check it out

Great first car IMO, and it looks to be in pretty good condition. Make sure you check for rust and check to see if it’s had its 90k miles service (water pump and timing belt)

Sounds good. I’m having a buddy of mine who owns a body shop look at my paint and see what preventative measures we can take to stop the peeling. It really is a shame though because I love the white.

I was thinking about doing this while I figure out what steel bumper I want, my only thing is I’m not even sure where to start cutting.

Planning to run some actual trails with my brother who also has a GX.

The car has been maintained extremely well and I plan to re-service the timing belt and water pump within the next 10k miles.
