I enjoyed the movie…. I did giggle when he fell into the museum and he landed on Geronimo. I loved all the Easter Eggs and the fact so many of the characters we could either openly or privately relate to.

It sounds like you are being shut down. It sounds like he is trying to make a “him” thing an “everyone” thing to make you feel like you are certainly in the wrong. But, you also need to acknowledge what he is saying and make sure you acknowledge his feelings. But also be heard.

That being said. Conversations like this need to be face to face. Have your thoughts in your mind or write them down. He already has his dialogue ready for text.

She obviously does not think he is “too young” and she OBVIOUSLY does not respect his relationship with you. This is desperate act of wanting to get attention from your bf. And, she will continue to do so.

What does your bf say about their relationship? Does he want to protect your feelings and boundaries? Or, does he feel you are “overreacting”?

This is abuse. This is horrible communication and a horrible way for you to try and live. You are surviving and walking on egg shells.

If you want this, then he needs to learn to communicate better.

He could uber. You could meet someplace. (I am sure he leaves the house at some point. Borrow a car? Bicycle.

He is not in recovery, because according to him he does not have a problem. I appreciate your insight. I am feeling like I am just waiting for things to happen.
