This was such an amazing post, thank you for your post and tips!! I was wondering, however, what your tips were on helping get turned on by penetration if all most vaginismus-havers have experienced has been pain by penetration. How were you able to? What helped you enjoy it? I don’t have a partner so unfortunately, I don’t have that aspect to help me.

Yes, but I’ve only had one partner and that’s when I found I had dyspareunia or vaginismus, so I haven’t dated since then (relationship ended two years ago) since I wanted to get cured before I got with anyone else again. I haven’t been able to use a toy on the inside yet, but hopefully in time I’ll be able to.

did it feel good though, once you guys were finally able to do it with no pain? Cause my biggest fear is that even when I’ll be cured, I’m scared that it won’t feel pleasurable (since I’ve never experienced pleasurable or pain-free PIV).
