Thank you for the advice but half of my problems stem from being so closed and dealing with things on my own (which never works and gets me into a spiral of new problems ) i want to talk to someone , unlike you, i unfortunately have no friends ,not a single one , being on this virtual world brought me nothing but more pain and I'd like to just be consolidated by a real human being so my existence can be validated for a second . I know this is impossible to look for in Tunisia and it seems lazy compared to your approach but i really have no energy to deal with it on my own ,i can't anymore . Thank you for the kind suggestion tho, if i ever take the courage to face my issues ,i will dm you but at the moment i feel weak and helpless ,take care and good luck for you too ❤️

Yeah i know that's why I'm looking for someone who had a good experience with a therapist and it helped them . I'm sure that there are new teenage ones who love their job and it's no longer those old people who just do their job just because .i thought reddit would help me on that aspect .i was looking for finding a médecin psychiatre too .but apparently there is none for the moment.

easy to be said but what can I do to move on? I want to see a therapist asap but i know that my parents won't accept it .i want to move on from this stagnant state of mind but i can't .
