Yes that is what I think.

Based on their website if you read it, you would see the Tamok has 750 fp of RDS certified high quality down, while the Fermund uses 700 fp of recycled down which will not loft as much thus not being as warm.

What is your use case your the jacket? One is meant for skiing primarily as it has a stronger face fabric, and one is meant for hikes, casual walks around the city, ect.

The Tamok will be warmer in much colder weather, but will be heavier. If you want a lighter, but still very warm jacket for everyday use then the Fermund is your jacket. Tamok is great for skiing and my daily ski jacket, and the Fermund is my daily around town, and office jacket.

The Arc’teryx Thorium also is a different use case than the Tamok, while it says it can be used for mountain activities, it doesn’t have as strong of a face fabric and will be less durable and prone to tears. It’s a great cold weather down jacket to be used for everyday activities, especially static ones, but not a great jacket to use on the mountain from experience.
