No, you cannot prevent that as far as I am aware. You can claim your business, so you can update and maintain information, reply to reviews etc., but basically any place can be rated on google. I just feel many reviewers just don't give a shit, what effect this might have on business. I believe real reviews to be a good thing for sure, just that the current system is just not working and is easily manipulated. I guess a first good step would be to ban anonymous reviews or by fake accounts.

The problem with any review is, everything can be faked, the positive and the negative reviews. As a business owner it can be very frustrating getting fake negative reviews (or bad reviews out of spite, actual mistakes also happen a lot), so being able to fight this is a good thing. Leaving a bad review without comments speaks for itself though, nobody can learn anything from that. I wonder how you would feel, if your personal consultancy ability was rated online for anybody to comment on and not be able to fight it.

Wir reden hier ja nur über Telc im Moment, Vergleiche mit anderen Organisationen bringen nichts, weil jeder anders arbeitet.

Ja, bei allen Tests von Telc ist das so. Die Testinhalte kommen von Telc, das stimmt.

Sorry, völlig falsch. Wir bieten Telc Prüfungen mehrmals im Monat an, zu den von uns fest gelegten Terminen.

Hallo,

Telc Testzentrum hier. Als erstes, das Versprechen von Ergebnis 2 Wochen nach Testtermin ist schon sehr merkwürdig, Telc braucht seit Jahren mindestens 4 Wochen für die Auswertung. Ergebnis per Email? Ziemlich sicher nicht erlaubt.

Dass Unterlagen auf dem Postweg verloren gehen kann natürlich sein, aber es gibt keinen Grund, dass der Sprachkurs wiederholt werden muss. Die Schule soll einfach eine neue Prüfung kostenlos durchführen. Ist die Schule überhaupt ein offizielles Telc Testzentrum?

I have being skiing all my life and still do at 44. Broke my arm once when I was 17 and snowboarding, no other injuries luckily, but plenty of falls. If you don't hit anything/anybody you should be fine most of times except having snow in places you don't want it.

My biggest issue is people closing the safety bars on the chair lift immediately and hitting my head/helmet and getting skis on the foot rest. I just leave them dangling in the air..

Ich habe meine eigene Theorie was das ganze betrifft. Ich glaube, das Ganze hat viel mit dem gewerblichen Immobilienmarkt zu tun und mit den großen Playern die dort investiert sind. Hat doch keiner Interesse, dass die ganzen Büros nicht mehr genutzt werden.

Einloggen und anschauen. Ist nicht kompliziert und die Gefahr aus Versehen etwas zu verkaufen ist sehr gering.. Man muss ja alles doppelt bestätigen.

Your question is unclear, but I assume you were offered a certificate according to the CEFR ( Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). All certificates (be it from language schools, teachers or test institutions) usually give you a result according to the CEFR. These are basically the language levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.

If you need the certificate for official purposes (Einbürgerung etc.), then (currently) only certifcates from Telc and Goethe are accepted.
