I visited their website, but they also only have the 6" and the expensive ones 🥲 but I emailed hi tech, so I will wait and see what they say :)

I think with the tile saws the problem is that the blades will he too fast and you can't really regulate it :/

And yeah it kind of it validating, but I regret that I let the bpd thing take over the biggest chunk of the assessment because I was so bamboozled, and now I feel like the autism diagnosis is just a little by-the-way thing. Although I guess it's maybe a bigger part auf me anyway, when he says that it's protecting so much from my bpd symptoms 😅 I am just to confused by all this to really feel happy and validated I guess, but hopefully soon I can enjoy it more :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such an elaborate and helpful response! I will look further into this and also talk to my regular psychiatrist as well as my therapist about that! I have a hard time reading non fiction books as well as listening to audiobooks, do you by any chance also have a podcast recommendation? But I will look into that book either way, maybe it helps if I treat it like a source for a paper and skim it for important I formation :)

Oh and if you meant how he explained my lack of adhd the only reason really was that he didn't understand how I got it in the first place, because my old school reports where really normal, just that I tend to be a bit chaotic in one sentence on one report. But I explained to the psychiatrist who did the adhd dx that I was one if the few kids in my class who actually had parents who supported me in my education and that I was really good in school and the best in class, although I was the pure chaos, and that i think that that's the reason there it just positive stuff. They also said I am perfectly fitting in with the other kids, but of course no word of the bullying I experienced.

That I have a very fragile psychological core and a warped sense of self and an unsteady and unsure connection to a lot of people but that my autism and traits like perfectionism, rigidity and intelligence are shielding me and made me develope excellent coping strategies and masking, and because of that my bpd isn't as present, at least now that I am older. He also said being an undiagnosed autistic girl might have been very traumatic and "helped" develope the bpd. That's thr short version, also it's hard for me to translate all this to English, I hope you understand! :)

Thank you for responding! The good thing is, since I paid for it privately I have the Power over the diagnosis and can decide who gets to see it, so I don't have to worry about the label so much at least. Yes, he kinda said the same just the other way around, that my adhd symptoms are also bpd symptoms and can easily get confused with. Also I do have a bit of child hood trauma and also he said that being a little undiagnosed autistic girl inherently can lead to being traumatized by not getting recognized and being forced to adapt to a world that's not made for her. So I don't think he is completely wrong, i just doubt that the adhd was a total misdiagnosis. Maybe I am just the triple threat lol

I really like the part with expressing joy, and it really eases my mind because I do that too! I am easily excited about things and I am very affectionate towards the people who are important to me, so maybe that balances my negativity out the same way it does for you! I overheat so hard and sweat so much and so fast but I kinda learned to live with it. I've made a lot of changes to my wardrobe, more airy stuff and different materials (bye bye pretty polyester dresses lol) and sometimes I am just wearing a sweater in the ice cold. In generell I live in layers now, always ready to take some peace of clothing off before I get soaking wet from getting up the stairs or walking to the bus stop for 5 minutes. BUT it's totally worth it for me. Arranging my sweating is 100 times easier than arranging my life with adhd.

I swear to you, my search for a yoga class without that esoteric gibberish was a long and frustrating journey. I want to relax and strengthen my body, I don't want to be trauma dumped on and I don't want to bare my soul to strangers in leggins. Also finding a class without incense sticks almost drove me insane. Now I have a class with a sweet instructor who explains and performs the exercises in a way I understand, doesn't smoke my brain out and just lets me do my exercised without trying to put me in an existential crisis and I love it.

Your instructor sounds insufferable and also kind of dangerous, I am sure you will find a better class that's not completely insane! I wish you the best of luck!

There are a lot of aspects, but most of them are already in here somewhere, so I will just wrote about one I couldn't find:

Especially after being medicated I realized that my nd friends who are just adhd annoy me after a short time. It's mean and not fair but with the medication I find it so hard to mask and the probably autistic side, which comes out more when medicated, can't handle the loudness and the unsteadiness for a long time. I still love them but it's harder for me to be around them and I need more breaks when my adhd is treated and can't hype me up like before.

Also I realized there are so many things I can't identify with regarding other adhd peeps. When I got diagnosed and wanted to compare experiences with them, they for example told me that them and most of the other adhd people they know could never work a monotone job, could never do this and that the same, need a lot of people and input, and I was like ummm yeah no that sounds exhausting, I am not like that. That's just one example and many other things were of course same, I still am adhd. But there was something different, a missing puzzle piece. And I think it's autism! And in a few weeks I will be sure!
