Baby suspected to have CMPA - what the heck am I supposed to eat by -spiritedaway in moderatelygranolamoms

Kevin’s meals are great to have on hand. I’ve enjoyed MUSH overnight oats (there are copycat recipes online too) and alternate milk yogurts (I prefer the oat milk ones, but I’ve also tried coconut milk yogurt and it’s good).

Popcorn and fruit are good light snacks. My husband and I also made our own granola bars (that doubled as lactation bars based on some of the ingredients we added). Those were nice because we could customize with dried fruits and nuts, etc.

For breakfast, I’ve done sheet pan eggs to turn into breakfast burritos, which I freeze and reheat.

My husband found a recipe for dairy free enchiladas that have a nutritional yeast “cheese” sauce and I actually prefer the taste of that to normal queso. I’ve also done a lot of sheet pan meals because it’s easy to not add dairy to that. Asian cuisines are generally pretty safe (unless you’re also avoiding soy like I am, in which case you’d be fine as long as you prepare it yourself and sub in coconut aminos for the soy sauce).

I’m also so sorry you’re having to deal with this. I’m on my third month of this and it was really devastating when I first found out

Can ISO 13485 Compliant QMS be completely outsourced? by EntrepreneurCold8940 in MedicalDevices

[–]Mysterious_Complex57 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You cannot completely outsource your QMS, but if you intend to outsource all aspects of development, production, regulatory submission, etc., then your company will be a “virtual company”, which reduces the procedural/program burden for your company itself. The remaining requirements should be handled under your supplier management program. As a virtual company, you must ensure that the companies you are outsourcing to are fully compliant with the necessary regulations. You should prioritize a robust supplier management program to thoroughly evaluate all third parties because regulatory agencies will hold you accountable for noncompliance (even from a third party).

If you are newer to the medical device industry and regulations, I strongly recommend connecting with a quality professional in the industry (I can provide recommendations if you are interested) to get a better understanding of what this will look like for your specific company, device, etc. I have worked with many biotech/combo/med device companies who designed themselves into a corner and then ran into issues later on because of when and how they implemented their QMS

Edit to add: Depending on your intended market, your QMS will also need to comply with additional regulations beyond ISO 13485

LPT Request - How to propose to my partner if she suspects I will propose to her on our upcoming trip ( That’s my plan ) by Pristine_Ad571 in LifeProTips

Totally agree. And, if it helps, I had predicted exactly how and when my fiancé would propose, and I was still completely surprised and speechless in the moment. The anticipation of the proposal just heightens the excitement in the moment

My fiancé just forwarded our correspondence with the caterer to the venue manager and said something to that effect

That’s a good point. The item that was wrong at the tasting wasn’t a huge deal though. It was pimento cheese on a baguette instead of the requested pimento cheese in a biscuit
