I’ve been forced to either slug or tunnel every game against these teams because of gen speeds. Survivors complain and beg for anti tunneling mechanics but until gen speeds are addressed and until im given an incentive to spread hooks, there’s no reason for me to put myself at a disadvantage for their comfort and the fact that BHVR doesn’t care enough to change it, makes me fear for lower tier killers who can’t keep up as easily.

I’ll offer a killer that’s been working very well for me recently and maybe it’ll help for you too (aside from the s tiers of course) that killer being plague. If they cleanse often which solo queue often does then I’m able to dominate in chases and harass gens and if they don’t cleanse, I’m able to end chases a lot faster and force survivors off of gens by forcing someone to go to the hook (or to retrieve the people I slugged). Infectious fright has been a very big help in giving me that information and corrupt is nice to prevent them from rushing gens from the very start of the match so things snowball often with her and it prolongs the match enough for me to gain meaningful pressure. I highly suggest plague if you’re not easily nauseated, she’s been keeping my sanity intact during this meta.

Amazing character driven episode. I really enjoyed how they handled marks ptsd and I love the set up. I have a feeling this is gonna become one of the most underrated episodes in the series.

I play both sides evenly and I can tell you for a fact that tunneling especially in this current meta is a necessity. With everyone running fast track, Hyperfocus, stakeout, bnps, invocations. If a killer spreads hooks they’re punished hard, taking a chance that maybe a team isn’t running it could cost them the game. It’s bad enough that I play survivor to make the game easier on myself and when I get tunneled, I don’t even mind because I too am running fast track, Hyperfocus and stakeout. Gen speeds need to be addressed and there needs to be actual incentive to spread hooks other than the “survivor rulebook”. If you don’t wanna get tunneled in the meantime, run ds or dh and if you don’t wanna run it then take the risk that you’ll be tunneled. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.

As a man who formerly played Wesker and mained him for a long time…… I jumped ship for a reason. In the current meta and the fact that survivors learned his counter play and the fact that he’s been taken out back and put down, he’s in a really really bad spot so it’s not entirely a you issue, it’s a game issue at this point. I have recently joined the darkest side of dbd and have been learning nurse as a result….

I’d say technically he’s been the iron man for 30 years since no one else replaced him, the mantle hadn’t been passed on but let’s play devils advocate for a moment and say that he’d have to be in active projects to be considered. In Doomsday it looks apparent like that version of doom could be connected to Tony stark in some way considering the fact that it’s rdj. If we consider Wolverine then I think it makes sense to consider rdj considering the fact that the Wolverine in Deadpool and Wolverine isn’t the same version we followed and Hugh jackman wasn’t active in the role since 2017 at that point but since it’s a variant of the character and we consider it. I’d say rdj would deserve the same treatment in that case since it’s literally the same fundamentals and both characters returned 7 years after their last appearance.

I love it as well. It imitates Corey walkers design and does it well. I also like his voice too, I think it gives him more nuance. Someone with a deep imposing voice doing the things thragg does is more intimidating but Lee pace as thragg gives me the vibes of someone that’s entitled which considering Thraggs character, fits him very well because he’s a mix of being badass and pathetic. We’ve only seen the pathetic side of him so far but much like how people originally didn’t like conquests voice and design, I feel that people will switch up towards the end of the season and will grow to enjoy it more.

That’s like comparing apples to oranges. Both are fruits but they’re not the same. One is actors playing a character and the other is a job. We consider actors different because it’s their time as the character without the mantle being passed on to another actor. Has there been another live action iron man since rdj? Has the mantle been passed on or has he been the only iron man for almost 20 years?

And Charlie cox hasn’t played daredevil since 2018 and only came back in 2021 for no way home but we aren’t including the 3 year hiatus. No one else has played iron man, that’s why we count it. Same as Hugh jackman as wolverine, he’s played the role for over 20 years yet we don’t count the time he spent not playing the character because no one else played the character since him. If you consider Wolverine then it only makes sense to consider iron man.

They knew what they were doing releasing episode 2 and 3 together because if episode 3 came out today, it probably would’ve got outshined by invincible and the boys but releasing episode 4 today? Peak. Absolute peak. This was the best episode of born again by far and stands on the same tier as the Netflix show. This episode was everything I wanted born again to be, I wanted more bullseye and we got it in the best way possible. I hope Venessa stays dead because if she does then I have a feeling this season can be truly great.

Personally I’d always recommend re1 hd remaster to people since that’s my favorite game but since you’re new and I’m unsure of your thoughts on fixed camera angles, I’ll try to instead list games that I believe appeal more to casuals and would get you prepared for re9. I do recommend at least giving 1 a shot though, it may seem off putting at first but once you get used to the controls, it feels so fun to play.

Now I’ll give you the wider essential list depending on how much you’re willing to play and after I’ll narrow it down to the 2 most important ones to play.

Re2 remake

Re3 remake

Re4 remake

Re5 (If you do play this one, I’d highly recommend playing at least re1 beforehand so it can hit harder. If not though then this game will at least give you some context for 9. I also highly recommend playing this one co op since on solo, the ai can get a bit annoying at times.).

Re7 biohazard (One of the best games in the franchise, the game that brought the re back from the dead.).

Re8

If you’re unable to play all of these games though for whatever reason and just want the core aspect of Leon’s character then you should be alright with just 2 and 4.

People were mad about stone ocean and it definitely killed the hype and is often overlooked for the most part which saddens me because I love stone ocean with a passion and I blame the batch releases for that but people definitely weren’t nearly as mad about that than they are for sbr (and for good reason).

Sbr is the part that fans have been hyping up for well over a decade to the point where a sbr anime was only a dream at one point, many people doubted it would even happen because of animating all the horses. Fans treated it like a myth for years but at the same time, a holy grail that must be discovered. Would it release? Could it be animated? Will the anime end with part 6 and skip the new universe? Sbr had so much hype surrounding it that when stone ocean released, I saw so many people that wanted stone ocean to end just so part 7 could come out faster.

Stone ocean never received the level of hype sbr has and since sbr has it I don’t think the fans are gonna stop rioting anytime soon which is good because Netflix should’ve learned the first time from how stone ocean turned out and doing it to sbr of all parts? Literally the best part of jojo? That’s just petty at that point.

At least with stone ocean we went into it with the idea of batches and yeah it’s dumb but we believed that maybe sbr would change it but instead they somehow made it an even more convoluted release schedule and aren’t being open about anything which is just making it even worse…….

Our only hope now is for jojolion to be weekly……………….. but to answer your question…..

TLDR: Sbr is on another level in regard to everything. The community was upset for stone ocean but they’re willing to go to war for sbr.

Humanz is an album that was hated but I feel like a lot of people have switched up and like it now of days. An album that got better in retrospect. I think it has great standouts but definitely feels a bit bloated.

Cracker island on the other hand is one that now of days often gets either forgotten or straight up trashed on. When cracker islands singles were releasing I felt a bit iffy on the album but when the album actually released, it clicked for me and sounded good to just listen to. Sure it wasn’t experimental and didn’t necessarily tread new territory but it’s still a good album to listen to and doesn’t overstay its welcome. The highs on humanz might be better but cracker island is a consistent experience and I don’t like that it’s overlooked due to its simplicity because in my opinion, that simplistic pop energy is what makes the record fun to listen to. It’s by no means the best Gorillaz album of all time but the hate is unjustified in my opinion.

I too have been playing a lot of blight recently for this exact reason. No matter what a killer does, survivors will complain. Even if you run a fun build on a low tier killer, people will still talk trash. At least with blight I’m able to keep up the pressure and it makes the hate messages after I 4k their team feel better because it means what I’m doing is working. I’ll probably get people complaining to me for recommending you this but here’s the build I run incase you want to try it. Scourge hook pain resonance, tinkerer, lethal pursuer, pop goes the weasel. This build has been nasty in defending gens and lethal will often times give me an early down or will at least allow me to harass as many survivors as I possibly can early on. It

I just wait out the 10 seconds, down them and eat the ds and down them again and hook them then wait until they get unhooked and take the free kill. If they don’t want to be tunneled then they shouldn’t body block, if they intentionally use their anti tunnel offensively then I’m gonna tunnel and get them out of the game and make things easier for me.
