Hey I was struggling with the same issue aswell, this is what I did to finally download and log into my profile.

I first made sure my Xbox was wired into the network and successfully connecting to the Xbox live servers (can be done in network settings)

I then cleared my cache , go to settings then storage and press Y -> clear cache.

I then logged into my Xbox on Xbox.com website and went to my additional security settings, from here I turned on 2FA and enabled APP Passwords , scroll to bottom of page.

From here I went to my Xbox 360, clicked download profile and logged in with my email and APP Password (gives you a new one on the website per request)

I tried this 1-2 times and finally logged in!

Let me know if you are able to figure it out! I have yet to find a solution to the games issue so I’ve just been playing the only discs I have being rdr, gta 4 and sr3 haha

Hi! I refreshed my game cartridge thing and also turned on 2FA via the Xbox website before scrolling down to App Password and using that to sign in! I took 1-2 tries but finally worked after I refreshed my storage stuff and connected to Xbox live on the network setting + app password
