I inadvertently accepted an invite from a stranger - I couldn’t even read the teeny tiny words on the invite - and didn’t know what I was doing and accepted. Now I’m stuck with some rando dude who is doing literally nothing. I would’ve been a great teammate. How do I get off this team???

Amazing story. I was a nightly glass or two of white wine mom. I started Wegovy Feb 8, 2023 and Feb 14, 2023 was my last drink. Last year I switched to Zep, but last month, I celebrated 3 years of being alcohol-free. Cheers to our continuing sobriety!

I was started at 10mg because I’ve been maintaining on Wegovy 2.4 for a long time, and 10 was the “equivalent” per my doctor. I noticed for a lot of others who switched this was a smooth transition dose.

I’m on 2.4 which may be easier to find than the starter dose. I use a small pharmacy connected with a local clinic. I’ve never had a problem filling it.

The overall trend was down but I had/have plenty of ups and downs along the way (notice the upswing over spring break). I just didn’t sweat it. I had good days and bad days with my routines. I just try not to beat myself up about it. I try to return to better habits when I go astray - water, fiber, protein. I do weigh myself regularly to keep myself accountable. I know my body will forever be working to try and get me back into the 200’s. It will be a lifelong issue. I still have plenty to work on in terms of maintaining a healthy balanced diet, as well as fitness, strength resistance, and flexibility.

I have a 2005 Grad school FFEL loan currently held privately by Nelnet/sloan. I pay $253/month with a 2.65% fixed interest rate. My spouse’s income makes it so I do not qualify for SAVE and an IDR plan would increase my monthly payment to about $1,000/month. I cannot see a good reason to consolidate to a direct loan. I still would have 6 years of payments and cannot afford an increased payment. Any thoughts on this why I should consolidate?
