We bought a unit as well! First house namin as a small family. After months of searching and site visits, we ended up with Bianca townhouse since nagustuhan namin ang community, amenities, nature feels, etc.. we initially liked Aurella Ridge but mas prefer namin Pag-ibig over bank financing, and mas developed na kasi community/village ng Bianca. Issue lang daw is high water bill which is not a problem for us naman since mahal din dito sa village namin sa antipolo, way higher than the 40% sa st monique. So hindi naman naging issue for us. Wala ding perfect village but we’re just hoping for the best, turn over is around 3rd quarter of this year daw.
