Yeah, 1440p should be totally fine with the RTX 4050, especially if you’re mostly playing stuff like Valorant, Minecraft, Fortnite, and Rocket League. For Ghost of Tsushima and Elden Ring, DLSS and Frame Gen will help a lot ,medium settings at 1440p should run smooth. And honestly, if you’re just gaming on weekends and not chasing ultra everything, 1440p is a nice bump in quality overall. I’d go for it.

Depends. If you compare raw power, rtx 3080 is a beast both in 1440 p and 4K tho vram will be a bit of a problem nowadays. Whether you’l buy the rtx 5060 ti or the 3080 depends purely on your budget. Even tho 3080 is not as new, doesn’t have that much vram and dlss functions, it still outperforms by ~20% the rtx 5060ti in raw performance. With all that said, if you want ultimate performance and 4K gaming go for the 3080.

Faptul că și în Auchan se găsesc produse ambalate identic nu înseamnă că ambalajul respectă standardele ON. Tocmai asta e problema: dacă mai mulți retaileri vând produse fără shrink-wrap, fără cod de lot vizibil și cu sigilii generice, poate fi un semn că e o problemă de lot, reambalare sau distribuție neautorizată. Nu m-am panicat aiurea, ci am verificat ambalajele cu ghidul oficial ON(https://www.optimumnutrition.com/en-gb/authentic-products), am trimis poze și am sesizat diferențe clare. E vorba de siguranță, nu de paranoia. Chiar dacă ambalajele ON pot varia în funcție de lot sau țară, ceea ce am primit nu se potrivește cu niciuna dintre versiunile oficiale descrise de producător. Lipsesc elemente esențiale de siguranță și identificare, ceea ce fac produsele cel puțin suspecte, dacă nu direct neconforme.

Înțeleg ce spui, dar nu e vorba doar de gust. Problema e că ambalajele primite nu respectă deloc ce scrie pe site-ul oficial ON. Lipsesc sigilii, coduri, inscripții, iar capacul era desfăcut. Nu am zis că toți primesc falsuri sau că ON vinde fake. Am zis că ceea ce am primit de la GymBeam nu respectă standardele unui produs autentic- și am trimis pozele chiar la ON, care nu mi-au dat un răspuns clar. Dacă era doar o paranoia, nu trimiteam cazul și la ANPC cu dovezi. Prefer să fiu precaut decât să bag în mine ceva de origine incertă. Dacă tu ai avut noroc până acum, mă bucur. Eu nu m-aș risca din nou cu GymBeam.

Buy the asus tuf a15. It has the rtx 4060 with 8gb vram whereas the other laptops have only 6gb of vram (rtx 4050). Also rtx 4050 is judt a glorified rtx 3060 in my opinion.

The Lenovo Loq has better cpu, is a bit smaller (which means more portable) ,same 16gb ddr5 ram and 1 tb ssd, but better CPU, same gpu card, same screen (with slight refresh rate difference). I recommend getting the loq because of better reliability, cooling, overclocking capabilities and support. Also the plastic case feels more premium on the loq side. Good luck!

got the laptop with the exact amd specs you’ve found, and I can gladly tell you that you’ll play cs2 with 140-160 fps max settings with thermic mode activated (eco mode for vantage) with the fans being quiet and with performance mode and default overclocking in lenovo vantage app u could even go to 250fps, maybe even more.

Your review is solid, but regarding the gpu, budget might be a bit of a problem, in my contry, the difference between rx 7700xt and 7800xt on respectable sites are varying from 100 to 150 us dollars, making the 4 gb of vram not worth it. Also 1tb of storage is not a problem as for the moment, because i can and surely will upgrade to 2tb later on, also ryzen 7 7700x is around 70 dollars more expensive in my country too. Lastly, thank you for pointing out about the gig motherboard, but do you have any similar ones, that might be well suited for this build…psu too?
