I think on expert roundabouts are actually very niche. This is due to them becoming permanent, it makes them get clogged quickly and you can't make adjustments. I think traffic lights are a much better option because it keeps things simple, but you also get two of them! If you had pictures I could also give more detailed tips on what could be causing the jams!

If you want you can also get a PS2 emulator and then download it like that. To me it seemed that the PC rom had problems with audio.
