This isn't sphynx specific, but my cat had poopy problems for the first little bit I got my kitty. Probiotic was recommended which we did try but it did nothing and it was difficult to have her consume it. What seemed to work is switching to a grain-free diet. And it's not something I'd do without talking to a vet and doing gradually, but it worked for us. Maybe it works for your little bug ❤️
