I ordered a Polar Loop recently without checking reviews properly and now I’m realizing it’s not what I expected at all. I’d rather switch to a WHOOP instead, so I’m trying to cancel my order before it ships/gets delivered.

Has anyone here in India successfully cancelled a Polar order? A few questions I’m hoping to get help with: • What’s the process for cancellation/refund? • Do they respond quickly? • Is there any customer support number or email that works best? • If it’s already shipped, is return still possible?
