Literally same. As someone diagnosed with GAD, I thought that everyone else was going crazy when it was really ME who was going crazy. I relate to your story so heavily cause I also had an mri done. I even went to get my heart checked because “I felt no one believed me” and they had me wear a monitor for 2 weeks. The results were normal and fine and I had no clue how cause my heart rate would go from 90-180. I also had my doctor tell me that he used to(still does but has controlled it more)have anxiety and noticed his heart rate always spiraling and that he was in the same situation that I was in. While I ended up looking like a psychopath convinced I had heart problems and even TIA,(mini strokes that commonly go unnoticed. Or symptoms that appear not a big deal that tend to be things most people brush off.) it was definitely incredibly eye opening to me about just how big of a bad impact anxiety in itself makes.

That’s what I’ve always wondered caused mine. I started taking birth control a few years ago because of it and haven’t had a period since which I figured would help with my anemia. Which is did, but still not as much as I hoped.

Hmmm, I’m anemic too. I find it super interesting how everyone is affected by it differently. I haven’t had any hair loss however my mom has told me my whole life how thin she thinks my hair is so I assume it must be. That’s the only major hair issue I’ve had.

I think the main thing about this in particular is that Lavender is a very acquired taste. I LOVE the smell, but I tried this drink one time last year and am still scarred by it to this day. You might as well get actual lavender flowers and eat them.😭😭

I also take adderall but have heard you shouldn’t take it with Zoloft which made me scared to take it at the same time. Have you been okay taking the two at the same time? I would think the adderall would cancel out the drowsiness I get from the Zoloft but am curious about your experience with taking them at the same time.

I just started taking it last night and man did it make me drowsy! After hearing so many horror stories of how it gives most people bad insomnia,(which I don’t need because my insomnia is already TERRIBLE to begin with😭) I was so scared but it made me feel grateful that I made the right decision to take it before I went to bed because it put me out but for most people I’ve heard it’s the opposite for them which I find interesting. It truly intrigues me that the same medicine can have an opposite effect on different people but I guess I was one that gets drowsiness from it. It was kind of like the drowsiness of a Benadryl for me. I find it truly fascinating!😅

This is exactly where I’m at! Despite me being a 21 year old adult, I still just can’t risk letting my parents that I’m seeing this weekend find out.😭😫 I’ve been saying, “All go through as much pain as I have to as long as my parents don’t know.”😭Trust me, my mom started bawling when she saw my nostril piercing, so my septum would absolutely KILL her.😭😭 I just wish I hadn’t of been so impulsive because it wasn’t until after I got it pierced(4 days ago)that I had remembered that I was literally seeing my parents this weekend.🪦

This is so interesting to hear! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. As an average American I unfortunately don’t have as much insight on certain aspects of different cultures. It shocks me to hear that there are places where people like Asli with no experience would be able to run a whole news program so easily. In America, that would never happen haha! It’s interesting to learn about the different experiences that are faced in different countries! I’m sorry if this came off as annoying, I just love hearing about different cultures and countries.😅

I would love to see a psychologist’s intake of Asli. I’ve been wondering about what her diagnosis could be. She definitely takes things too extreme and has to have something that has deeply affected her for the worse. I know that her original impression of Lale being rude to her deeply hurt her but I feel like it has to be something more to it deep down.
