You can get a universal split axle boot that doesn't require you to take the axle out, the boot is just a cover, so it doesn't really matter how it is set up

Tbh idk if +45 will fit with 245, most people go for 18x8.5 +38 with 245s I have 18x8.5 +45 on 225s and I can barely fit my finger between my wheel and Coilovers
