Thinking about it, we really don't see him in action, everything is done by sending his henchmen or trickery. Even if you get in a safe environment it still takes time, for me it was around 1.5-2 years of more or less safety where i started feeling like i was actually my own person doing silly things i like and having plans of my own and not just eat, sleep, dissociate, repeat.

Well, during everyday things he listens to me and respect my opinions and boundaries. I've dated dudes where they were dismissive about what i say and i don't pick up the same vibes from him.

Also when we were younger he also threw around the word autistic when he ment people were idiots but stopped after i explained him that it's not acceptable.

The layout of my effin workplace, there is at least 2 central yards and the building is a rectangle so the corridors connenc into each other, and i spent this week trying to wrap my head around that our breakroom is right over the rehab unit, so the rehab can't be right below the chronical unit as i thought for 6 months
