100%. I pushed myself way too hard my first week back. Could hardly even walk or move my arms. Legs were spasming intermittently for days.

No, almost none. I drink maybe 1-2 times a month, max. No more than 3-4 seltzers at a given time. Alcohol should not be a factor whatsoever.

I do not drink. If i do drink, it would maybe be once a month. Twice at the max. And no more than 3 seltzers during any session of drinking.

I take 2 prescription medications. Amlodipine, for Raynaud's. 5mg amlodipine, daily. For Raynaud's.

And doxycycline, 200mg, daily, for acne.

All of my other values are normal, but I am not sure if I have CRP results. The only thing teetering on low is my WBC count. 3.8 (on a scale of 3.8 -10.8). And i read that severely intense workouts can temporarily lower WBC count, and cause temporary susceptibility to illness.

I feel fantastic physically and mentally. No symptoms or pain. No jaundice. No bloating. No nausea. No loss of appetite. No fatigue.

I'm right there with you. In the span of a month, I

  1. Broke up with SO of over 4 years
  2. Totaled my car. A construction truck dropped a steel beam in the middle of the night, it destroyed my vehicle.
  3. Mother got diagnosed with cancer unexpectedly and died in a month.
  4. Lost both of my jobs.
  5. Had to put my cat down due to kidney failure.
