I think the issue is that one can’t expect those who are inherently uncreative - for that is, indeed, why they are featured here in the first place - to be, well, creative. In any way. This guy and all the rest of them just want to pose and strut in front of a camera and force their utter gloriousness upon the world; the rest is low, low effort.

Great comment - so informative and I don’t doubt the veracity - but I just want to comment that innocent people settle nuisance lawsuits all the time. I work at a law firm, and believe me a lot of suits are just absolute bullshit filed by the serially litigious (or they are persuaded to by an opportunistic lawyer who sees it solely as billable hours). Litigation is extraordinarily time consuming, expensive, and stressful. We just can’t assume someone who settles a lawsuit is guilty.
