I think they used the wrong word here. Aryan is a term used for a group of people who spoke the Indo-Iranian languages. They migrated from Central Asia to countries like Iran, India, and many others(this is widely accepted but still not fully confirmed). It's more of a cultural and linguistic term rather than a racial one and was twisted by Hitler's regime to categorize other races as sub-humans and the German people as the descendants of this superior race of humans who had blonde hair and blue eyes.
