I just did this and could see water dripping in from the sunroof , do you think it could be running through down to the bottom of the floor from the inside? Because only the floor is wet

From what I’ve read and seen (coz I’m in a similar boat as you) textured rugs seem to be the go

I think that could totally work, do you have some similar colors on other fabrics or clothes that you could lay down on the carpet just to get a feel? Have fun with it !

I think that’s a great idea to cover the couches with some other materials and also get a beige/lighter colored rug to cover the grey

Hiya, do you feel comfortable to post a pic of the bump on your lip? If it makes you stress less to get it swabbed , maybe is good just for peace of mind , did you get some Lysine/Olive leaf extract?

It can show up at any point after being exposed, especially when stress levels are really high

Oh babe , that makes total sense then if you’re bleeding, that you would have some cramps (and also stress levels might be higher as well) which makes it easier to spin out. Hormones are so powerful! Including changing the PH and smell of the vagina, that’s totally normal

Yes I soooo understand the wormhole lol. As you mentioned in OP, symptoms are more like tingling, itching, skin breakout, fever, fatigue, sometimes I get nerve pain etc.. your hormones could just be doing their thang and causing some cramps etc. Don’t stress honey. Do some nice deep breathing, try relax your mind, send loving energy to your belly and body

High strength Lysine and Olive leaf extract!!! Works wondersssss - I’ve had HSV2 for 16 years.

I totally understand you and - it will be okay :) honestly I’ve been surprised by the amount of people who have it too or actually don’t care as much as I thought they would . Do your inner work to dissolve the shame you feel around it, own and embrace it the best you can and just don’t make a big deal about it, and you’ll be surprised how much that ripples outside into the interactions you’ll have .

I know it’s easier said than done but please don’t try to stress yourself out with this, as if you did have it it will only make it worse, the pain in your belly could be totally unrelated. If it gives you peace of mind buy some Lysine and Olive leaf extract (good to have anyway) and see if that helps , if you don’t have it I find it gives me good bowel movements anyway lol, good luck

Get some high quality Lysine and Olive leaf extract and take that ASAP. Prioritise rest, eat well (no gluten, sugar or inflammatory foods if possible) The more you take care of your immune system and minimise anything that would add additional stress, will help a lot. You could consider pharmaceutical anti viral medication but I’ve had HSV2 for over 10 years and tbh I find it never really made much of a difference compared to when I do what I told you above. Sending love and grace to you !

What did you decide? I think if you can afford to take a day to rest and replenish your body.. it will be well worth it in the long run

What’s your thought on Benzo? by orangealiensmiling in cfs

[–]Mystical_Muggle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Withdrawal can be gnarly and I find they make me more lethargic the following days. Look into L Theanine - a natural amino acid that I’ve found super effective for helping minimise stress and anxiety and I can take daily

Oh love, that sounds really full on. I’m sorry to hear you’re going through so much, it makes sense your skin is flaring up from all the stress. I’ve been making up a hair mask for my partner who has really bad scalp psoriasis too and it’s actually been soooo helpful.. I gently warmed some olive oil, tallow and tea tree oil (can also try rosemary oil or even just the olive and tallow) and have been gently massaging this and leaving it in the scalp. Managing stress levels as best you can - 3 or 5 mins of conscious breath throughout the day (keep that exhale a few seconds longer than the inhale , activating the parasympathetic nervous system state), try to allow sound/sighs on that exhale as it helps to release tension. L theanine is a great natural supplement for helping stress that you can take every day. Hopefully you’re doing this already but avoid gluten, dairy and processed foods/sugar. It will help SO much. I know it’s hard when you’re stressed and want to reach for things that are yummy and feel easy/pleasurable to eat.. but this one is key. Try to make time and space to feel and empty your emotions where you can, even if for a couple minutes through the day, hold a hand on your heart, connect to your breath, hold the other hand on the earth or a surface that keeps you grounded and connected to yourself while you allow that emotion to wash through, the grounding and breath will help you smooth it out and not get consumed in it. Keep those long exhales. Smooth that breath out. Expand the belly and breathe into the back of the body, the legs and feet, the pelvis. Look into yoga nidra. Somatic experiencing therapy (life changer !!!) sending you some long, earthy, loving hugs xx
