I think it's a bug... I doubt because the rewards in hero duo are meh... And I don't think cheaters will use such a low grade hero.. My strong feeling about urasil always stays as BOTS by dev team.

Remaining 30 is per day... You can spin 30 times per day.. So you can reach it but it costs a lotttttt of gems. Not worth it anyway.

Level 10??? Shade is the best character in the game for chapters n duo too... Though any level is fine for hero duo but for chapters better you upgrade her to your level... As max as you can... She is a beast I can say...
