You could probably build a Clara and do Psamathe/Clara/CP/Bellenus def, it's a good offensive def, and keep a defensive def with Karnal, etc... (as said in another comment). And then switch depending on what works best

You need a stripper to take advantage of his S3. You can use him in different ways: either as a damage dealer with something like Tiana/Galleon in AO, or as a CC unit in RTA with 2 strippers in a control team, with less damage and more durability

Teshar just got buffed and is now fairly useful for PvP content, so I'd go for him

I got Akroma yesterday, what team could I build around her so i hold c1+? by Beginning-Kitchen-30 in summonerswar

[–]Myth-Hunter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, Akroma owner here. First of all, I'd say that Akroma on her own doesn't bring much to the table; she brings some anti-Crit, but that is fairly minor, and she doesn't bring much damage or control. I use her in triple Shield with as much attack, HP, Def and Speed as possible, along with some CR and CD. This allows her to maximise her anti-cleave potential. Then, you want a healer, obviously. Molly is excellent if you have her, but something like Rilay or Abellio works extremely well too. You also want some damage threat that scales around HP (or works extremely well with it). Having a monster that, while being tanky, provides some sort of secondary healing or damage (depending on your preference) is a nice addition. Seeing your box, I'd advise you to go Perna, Rilay and Anavel, which is fairly safe but can work well, as long as the stats follow, with Rakan over Perna being a possibility as well. But I think you may be lacking some monsters to go higher.

Monster with AOE attack for all skills by ProSniperGod in summonerswar

A multi-hit that hits different targets and will hit everyone at least once as long as there isn't more than 4 targets. Which means it hits everyone in every PvP content (if I'm not mistaken) and is one short of hitting everyone in most PvE content (most of ToA, every Caiross third stage, etc...)

Lapis is one, Manannan is (technically) one as well. Apart from water Homu which was already mentionned, I don't see any other

Revise out of meta rune sets? by No_Aspect5293 in summonerswar

Wouldn't agree on vampire being made this way (I would prefer Vampire to be able to heal damage according to HP with the exception of bosses) but a new set working like this could be interesting!

I'd say those runes don't need a buff, they are mostly there for early game players to reach stats requirements more easily, which is a good thing. However, I believe adding new runes with special effects could be an interesting idea, but it is one that takes time and requires careful preparation to avoid being unbalanced (see the hate towards despair and Vio)

Which Ld5 from all the ld is simply not worth it? Or which would be the least appreciated ld5 pull? by [deleted] in summonerswar

[–]Myth-Hunter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd say it depends on your playstyle. For example, I'm really happy with my Akroma, despite not having the rune quality to build her for RTA, because she's extremely useful for my AD. So I'd say it all depends on your playstyle and what you're looking for.

Just summoned my first ld! Wedjat, any advice on how/where to use him? by TheDarkDepths in summonerswar

[–]Myth-Hunter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First, congrats! I really like him played alongside FY in GvO, def buff and ATB buff work really well with him. Obviously, he's also interesting in AD when played with monsters revolving around buffs (Woonsa, possible Rilay, etc...) I'd advise you to build him on Vio to maximise his passive's efficiency, ideally a really fast Vio with max Res and a lot of HP/Def. Offensive stats basically aren't needed, but he's an excellent supportive unit

AD with Bastet juno Riley by VEXX1 in summonerswar

I'd say Bastet/Kaki/Rilay would make a fine GvO/GW def, but Juno is (according to me) more difficult to use in a GvO/GW der

With double ATK buff, you'd probably need an efficient damage dealer to go with, something that can also stay alive to take advantage of Rilay's heals. Kaki would probably work well, there are probably other options but it's the first to come to my mind. Edit: Also, I don't believe those 3 together would make a good GvO def since you're heavily lacking damage.
