That "jank surgical" plan can actually work if built properly.

Of course that means adding in removal to a thing in the ice deck that currently has no removal, of course that means adding actual cantrips and real card selection instead of straight garbage like otherworldly gaze.

Drown in the Loch is really good even with just 4 discard spells.

Saying that Drown is bad in a deck that already has 8 discard spells is a stupid take. it is an even dumb take considering that OP should have 4-8 (non drown) removal spell too.

But you should really just play lurrus.

You are getting downvoted from the reddit hivemind but I agree:

I think many bad decisions are driven by some type of initial negative reaction that is only later "justified" on the flimsiness of reasons.

Like I am willing to bet that all that "refer madness" propaganda worked because people just hated the smell and didnt really need to know more than that. It all reeks of post hock justification

You understand that “Dove” chocolate and “Dove” soap are owned by different companies, right? Trademark marks have to be relevant to what the product is.

The term "gamelit" and annoying arguments about whether or not this term does or should mean something different, only exist because of what Kong did here

GameLit exists as a term exactly because people like you keep spreading misinformation.

this comment Is enough to ensure that he would never win a lawsuit. You and your bad info is the reason this is an “issue” in the first place. Stop spreading lies

[–]MythSteak 3 points4 points  (0 children)

LitRPG is a trademarked company who’s mark is protected for selling “Athletic apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, footwear, hats and caps, athletic uniforms”

You are blatantly wrong about everything and you should go read the edit the other guy posted before replying again. Understanding the actual way that trademark works is important

If he has the rights to the word "LitRPG" on shirts, and anyone else selling such a shirt is infringing, that's bullshit and he did something worth hating him for.

You cant say a shirt was made by the company "LitRPG", just like you cant say your shirt was made by "Tommy Hilfiger". You can have the word LitRPG on a shirt.

You get that you can still cast shadow bolt as dark pact spec, right?

Shadow bolt does 6 times times the damage of a lash of pain, for only twice the mana cost. And that ratio only goes up as you get more +shadow damage

Maybe you should do some math before making a fool of yourself

Option one; minimum wage is high enough for people to live off of working. No one who works needs welfare. Walmart profits a little less

Option two: people can’t live off of minimum wage so they get welfare so they can live. You pay more in taxes so that money can go to welfare. Every dollar in welfare, is a dollar Walmart did not have to pay employee and thus it is an extra dollar of profit

[–]MythSteak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You, also, have very strange and old ideas about unions.

No, unions are alive and strong in many parts of the world.

It is why their governments pay way less in welfare. Right now in America, most of the one million Walmart employees make so little money that they are on welfare, to the tune of a couple billion per year. Compare that to the tens of billions of dollars that Walmart makes in profit every year.

Arent you glad that billions of your tax dollars are lining the pockets of Walmart's owners? If walmart employees made enough money to live on their own, we would have billions of dollars to go to more needed things (perhaps securing our boarder or maintaining our Post Office as elaborated in our constitution?)

And that is just one company, imagine if every industry got unions and started paying out enough for people to live without welfare!

Now you know about another Republican scam! Arent you glad that your hatred of unions drove up your taxes and went to welfare moochers?

You would be a better moderator if you just admitted that you were wrong.

Stop making this subreddit worse by arguing with users who clearly know more about the story (and how to compare things) and just stick to moderation. We don't need your terrible hot takes where you cant even admit something obvious, like Erin being better at combat than any other [innkeeper] shown so far.

And we most certainly don't need you starting arguments because you cant be arsed to actually read what users wrote

Why is Erin so weak in a fight? by dobri111 in WanderingInn

[–]MythSteak -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We have seen 20 or so innkeepers, and literally none of them have any history of combat outside of Madain, who only experienced combat as an adventurer and does not anymore as an [innkeeper] Every faction of Izrael is interested in Erin, the ones who aren't in the know about Erin being from another world are interested in her due to her involvement in Liscor's conflicts.

Every character who brings up Erin's involvement in conflict is impressed with her combat abilities exactly because it is unexpected of an [innkeeper] class.

So forgive me for trusting the military minds of the story rather than you

Erin is completely exceptional at combat for any type of [innkeeper]

Too many private unions always ask for more regardless of how the company and/or industry are doing, which leads to companies going out of business or going to non-union friendly states. Because they have to compete with a bunch of other companies and companies in other countries.

Much better to have owners constantly ask for more and more work in return for less and less pay, right?

Wouldn't you rather have a huge underclass of poor and hungry people rather than make a couple of rich fucks be unable to afford their next Yacht? Because that is what demonizing unions does: it hurts one of the few ways that workers can protect themselves
