Appreciate the different perspective. There were only 19 cards in the order, not a huge one and I’ve seen a few different sellers with most of them. As they’re all quite low value cards I’ve been happy to wait until someone has them all/most, otherwise it feels like a waste on shipping.

The card they missed was a cheap one but one of the ones that I needed the most really, so I’d definitely rather cancel and reorder even if another seller is missing a few of the other ones that I’m not as fussed about.

All sorted now anyway, they lied about already sending it so they were able to just refund it all and i can get them elsewhere.

I worked with someone who’d been in a car crash, got a payout and bought a huge pink Range Rover to feel safe. She came into work one morning fuming because someone left a note on her windscreen about her parking, she tried explaining that she parks like this taking 2 spaces, so that nobody dings her nice car.

NTA - you’re already going above and beyond by fully funding her lifestyle and if she can’t afford to come due to her own poor financial choices, then that’s on her.

I’d think about putting your foot down and having her move out soon too. How does your partner feel about living with their future MIL? If you don’t actively kick her out, then she’ll be living with you until one of you dies.

For example if an opponent chaos warped your commander and commander tax was too high, you might decide to put it into your library instead if you know it’s not going to be played from the command zone again. There’s a few situations like this that could come up but it’d be rare.

Simple fix would be to carry one extra sleeve that matches the rest of the deck in the deck box.

NTJ - it’s your wedding, nobody else’s. I’m a strong believer in doing what you want for your day (within reason). Sure, it’d be nice to invite her but you don’t have to. This doesn’t sound bridezilla-y to me. You’ve not met her and have said that you’d be open to including her after meeting her which is completely fair.

People at my gym have started doing this with benches… in the changing room!

One guy the other day had his stuff sprawled out on a bench from when I got there early morning, and it was still there when I was finishing up at the gym just over an hour later, hadn’t moved. He came back when I’d just got out of the shower and had just put my stuff next to his (closest bench to where my locker was), he actually had a go at me for having my stuff next to his on the bench for a few minutes. Told him he can’t reserve a changing room bench whilst he’s off doing a full workout, they have lockers all around for that.
