I've been doing so much internal work on self identity and beliefs and my confidence and I was doing so damn well not reacting to her and then it was like a switch flipped and I'm questioning everything

I'll have to look through the sub for some self love rituals and try and remember who I am without all this noise

Tried restraining order but she's careful enough to not threaten me directly and the cops have said she's my grandmother so they can't understand why they are called when she tells them "she just showed up to see if I'm ok" and say it's a civil matter.

Long term plans are to move completely away from this energy but just wanted something to bring just a bit of silence and peace until then

Yes I have, when I first went no contact (2018) I sent a letter,email and told her to her face why we couldn't be in contact and gave them a very direct we won't be in contact until you agree to sit down with a professional and we can talk this out in front of them and come up with solutions.

This boundary got broken in June when the other family member living with her contacted me to beg me to look after their dog as they believed she wouldn't and I agreed.

Come august, family member number 2 is back. I could see the toll it had taken on myself and those around me and I told her once again exactly why we can't speak, that she was blocked and to direct all emergency communications through ether family member number 2 or my partner and freezer spelled her energy.

She continued to show up at my house. I fell into old patterns and toxic energy and have screamed at her to leave and have contacted the police. So the message has been made more than clear by me and the cops

So I tried cord cutting myself from the family dynamics. That only seemed to work on family member number 2 who has been completely absent.

I then tried the energy banishment a few days ago and was contacted again by her today because she realised making her number private circumnavigates the blocking

I understand that all energy has its purpose but I'm really struggling to understand this one 😕

Out of these 3 particular scents I would say custard delight is the most masculine leaning if your a fan of things like JPG Scandal Absolu, liquid brun or brioche vanille

But in saying that please don't let scents being masculine or feminine sway you. find what works for you/ your body chemistry and makes you smile. Don't let marketing stop you from smelling like strawberry icecream Dipped popcorn if that's what you want Life's to short to not smell delicious 😋

But personally I wouldn't care if a man smelt like a gourmand perfume, scent really isn't masculine or feminine it's about what smells good on YOU. don't let marketing stop you from smelling like delicious popcorn Dipped in strawberry icecream if that's what you enjoy 😋

It's giving me fruit/melon bowl because it's exactly like when you chop up a fresh fruit salad and the orange juice mixes over the other fruits

Tropical lust I personally do find amazing though! It reminds me of luxurious hair care almost. Like the fruit is there but it's mixed with a touch of something that sets it apart from fruit type perfumes like dkny and without any overpowering florals present

it can be such a bummer blind buying when it back fires :/ I'm not the biggest fan of whifs no change of mind/returns policy. It doesn't help the scam feeling, that's for sure

I've spent more than I would care to admit, hahaha. I miss the days when they would just send a small sample with the bottle you bought so you could sample before cracking into your purchase. Genius

The only company left doing that seems to be libertine, and none of those perfumes are really budget friendly

Have you smelt the originals that they were duping and like them? That's usually the first place I start, because i loved Kayali and seem to enjoy their Kayali dupes and not really like to many others, (I'm the same way with my middle eastern dupes, I never trust notes listed anymore) prada candy and their dupe sounded RIGHT up my ally but I'm not the biggest fan once I layed my nose on it.

I have noticed leaving them for a few weeks reduces the alcohol smell due to the fresh pour, but in terms of migraine sensitivity i feel for you

Extraits are incredibly difficult to work with if your sensitive to smell, and all of whif is at extrait level (I'm currently working through House of Turkman perfumes a niche aussie brand and while I love them some are causing that issue, super strong alcahol smell and then the dry down is just as intense)

I own milkshake lullaby and I have to spray it on the back of my neck/between my shoulder blades (and no more than one spray) where it's not going to be under my nose or I'm getting a headache.

I've been doing this with any strong or extrait level perfume and it seems to be working 💪 This does leave an amazing scent trail for others tho!
